What is Somatic Yoga?

Somatic Yoga is a gentle movement practice that blends traditional yoga with somatic techniques, focusing on body awareness and mindfulness.

How can yoga benefit me?

 

  • A sense of spaciousness in the body: Muscles feel longer, looser, and freer, often described as feeling “unwound” or “decompressed.”

  • Emotional release or clarity: Some people feel lighter emotionally, or experience a gentle emergence of feelings that had been held in the body.
